Chocolate with the tantalisingly sweet tang of a fruit infusion and a flavour fit for a King. It is said that Louis XIV first tasted the most mouth-watering raspberry liqueur at the Château de Chambord. We bow to the Sun King’s discerning taste buds with Orléans - our very own chocolate raspberry renaissance, and a classic addition to chocolate ganache.
This chocolate has won a 2-star award in the 2016 Great Taste Awards.

Not being keen on liqueur flavoured chocolates I usually leave these until last, hoping that the grown-ups will do the decent thing and choose them first. These are altogether different: biting into one of these releases full-on fragrance of fresh raspberries! At first whiff I was transported back to days spent hiding behind tall raspberry canes laden with ripe fruit, wondering just how many I could eat and still get away with blaming it on the birds. Mmmm, I wonder how many of these fragrant creations it would take to make 1 of my 5-a-day? Is nobody looking, will any of the grown-ups notice if I help myself to another one (or two or three)?
