A few weeks ago, we spoke to Emily Reece at the Fine Chocolate Industry Association (FCIA), a non-profit organisation that focuses on supporting fine chocolate professionals. We have been a member of FCIA for a number of years now, and Albert has attended the FCIA "Elevate" Chocolate event in New York and San Francisco in the last few years - the most recent one being in San Francisco in March 2020 just before most of the world has gone into lockdown.
