When you place an order or an enquiry about our products we need to know your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and, if ordering, your computer’s IP address and the time and date that you place the order, your credit card number and expiry date. If you have ordered products for a third party we will need to know their name and postal address. We gather this information to allow us to process your registration and process any orders you may make. The relevant information is then used by us, our agents and sub-contractors to organise delivery, provide you with information on your account, and to communicate with you on any matter relating to your order and the provision of our service.
We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
Review of Our Company or Products
When you place the order with us for the first time, we will provide your name and email address to our customer service agencies (e.g. Stamped.io) for research and analysis purposes so that we can monitor and improve the products and services we provide. We or our agents (and sub-contractors) may contact you by e-mail or telephone to ask you for your feedback and comments on our products and services.
Should you choose to add a review to our company or any of our products, the name and email address you enter with your comment will be saved to our database, along with your computer’s IP address and the time and date that you submitted the comment. This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to the review section and is not passed on to any other parties. Only your name will be shown on the public-facing website. (Note: If the supplied email address is linked to a Stamped.io account, your photo may also be displayed from the Stamped.io review.)
Your comment and its associated personal data will remain on this site until we see fit to remove the product.
NOTE: You should avoid entering personally identifiable information to the actual comment field that you submit on this website.
Distribution of Information
Any information you supplied to us via the website or by email/post/phone, we may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us / liaising with us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when:
- permitted or required by law; or,
- trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or,
- investigating fraud which has already taken place.
The information is not provided to these companies or organisations for marketing purposes.
If you choose to join our email newsletter (either via the sign-up form on our website, on our Facebook page or on one of our mobile devices at shows), your name and email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to Omnisend who provides us with email marketing services. We consider Omnisend to be a third party data processor. The email address that you submit will not be stored in any of our internal computer systems, and it will not be used by Omnisend or forwarded to any other parties by us or Omnisend.
If you have provided an email address to us at checkout (whether the transaction is successful or not), your name and email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to Omnisend. You may receive emails regarding your order, so that we can assist you with your purchase. However, unless you have subscribed to our email newsletter, you will not be receiving any newsletter from us. We may send you a follow-up email to ascertain whether you would like to subscribe to our newsletter or not.
Your email address will remain within Omnisend's database for as long as we continue to use Omnisend's services for email marketing / tracking or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.
If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.

Your credit/debit card information is not visible or accessible by us and is not stored on our Website. Our Website uses Stripe, PayPal and Amazon Pay to process all payments. (Apple Pay is processed via Stripe). They are PCI DSS compliant payment service providers and payment information is dealt with exclusively with these companies.
