Salted Caramel with a difference - this is our Salt & Malt Caramel sauce. The caramel is made with panela, an unrefined sugar made with evaporated sugar cane juice from Colombia, and we add Cornish sea salt and malt to give it a more complex and refined taste than a standard salted caramel. Drizzle it on pavlova, Eton mess, flapjacks, pancakes, ice cream, brownies, cookies or cheesecake, or use it as a cake topping. The perfectly palatable pleasure for every sweet tooth.
